Competitive salary and meaningful equity, with room for growth.
Cindera’s product depends on fast, accurate geospatial systems. We take public and partner data such as CAL FIRE zones, parcel boundaries, assessor records, and other property inputs, then turn them into maps, scores, and APIs that people can actually use.
This is a hands-on engineering role with real product impact. You will help shape the data model, improve map and boundary performance, and make sure our outputs are trustworthy enough for homeowner workflows, insurer decisions, and vendor integrations.
You will work closely with product, data, and customer-facing teammates to keep the system accurate as sources change and new use cases come online.
Cindera is building software for a real problem that affects homes, insurers, and the vendors who help people harden properties against wildfire risk. The work is concrete: better data, better maps, better decisions.
We are a small team, which means your work will show up quickly in the product. If you like geospatial systems, care about correctness, and want to build something that has practical value, this is a good place to do it.
