Cindera Inc. is seeking a Partnerships Manager, Lenders & Public Agencies to build and manage collaborations with lenders, municipalities, and public programs that fund or validate wildfire mitigation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or go-to-market roles.
• Experience working with lenders, public agencies, municipalities, housing programs, or regulated stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and ability to move multiple external relationships forward.
• Comfort working in a startup environment where processes are still being built.
• Clear communication style and the judgment to navigate different priorities across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with lenders, municipalities, and public agencies that support homeowner mitigation programs.
• Define partner use cases, workflows, and requirements with internal teams for reliable implementation.
• Lead outreach, discovery, and relationship-building with prospective partners from first conversation through pilot and expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to launch partner programs, remove blockers, and track adoption.
• Shape messaging and materials that explain Cindera’s value to stakeholders in public and private sectors.
