Cindera Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to shape both user-facing experiences and the underlying systems. This hands-on role offers ownership of product decisions and the opportunity to build reliable software for wildfire readiness.

You will work across customer workflows and internal tools, collaborating with product, operations, and external partners to deliver practical, scalable solutions that matter in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production-grade software across frontend and backend.
• Ability to own architecture, implementation, and delivery as a senior engineer.
• Translate ambiguous product/ops needs into simple, durable software.
• Proven collaboration with non-engineering teammates and external stakeholders.
• Practical judgment on when to move fast vs. invest in long-term quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features across the stack for homeowners, insurers, and vendors.
• Design and maintain services supporting parcel scoring, hardening verification, and tooling.
• Turn messy real-world processes into clear user experiences with product/ops.
• Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability across core surfaces and APIs.
• Help set engineering standards around testing, code quality, and delivery.
