Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Vendor Management Coordinator to own and execute the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, catalog setup, maintenance, and data cleanup, with oversight of offshore resources. Build foundational documentation, DTPs, and process flows to standardize operations and ensure audit readiness.

You will manage onboarding blockers, verify banking/tax details, and coordinate with business owners to maintain data accuracy while upholding SLAs and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience managing vendor lifecycles and onboarding processes.
• Ability to build and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Lead and coordinate offshore resources to meet SLAs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee day-to-day vendor lifecycle within Vendor Management.
• Onboard vendors end-to-end in Coupa and verify documentation.
• Maintain vendor catalogs and pricing, troubleshoot content with vendors.
