Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services seeks an experienced vendor oversight professional to manage a network of third‑party providers. You will review compliance documents, monitor contract milestones, and escalate risks as needed to protect investors and customers.

You’ll coordinate due diligence for new vendors, maintain vendor records, and ensure timely responses to inquiries while aligning with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: HS diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, auditing or vendor management.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Outlook, Excel and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Monitor vendor lifecycle, including contracts milestones and renewals.
• Escalate risks and privacy issues to leadership promptly.
• Coordinate vendor communications and respond to inquiries timely.
• Maintain accurate records in the vendor management system.
