Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services, part of The Carrington Companies, seeks a Vendor Oversight Specialist in Pierre, SD to oversee a network of third-party service providers and monitor compliance with policy and regulatory guidelines. This role requires meticulous tracking of documentation, timely escalation of issues, and proactive vendor communications.

You will manage due-diligence for new vendors, maintain the vendor management system, and coordinate with internal teams to meet contract

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year experience in financial services or vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor vendor documentation for annual reviews and compliance.
• Track contracts milestones and termination documents in the vendor lifecycle.
• Escalate compliance issues to leadership as needed.
• Maintain vendor management inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate new vendor due-diligence and onboarding approvals.
• Update vendor management system with changes and status reports.
• Respond to site audits and remediation actions.
• Log consumer complaints and coordinate cross-functional remediation.
