Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks an experienced professional to manage supplier relationships in the invoice payment lifecycle for global backbone networks. You will oversee onboarding, payment approvals, and cost controls, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor costs.

You’ll engage with internal AWS stakeholders and external vendors, delivering timely payments and driving process improvements while upholding compliance and governance across GCID operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years Telecom Expense Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management – onboarding new suppliers and managing invoicing and payments.
• Drive On-Time Payments – review/approve invoices, resolve disputes, monitor expenses.
• Controllership of Networking Spend – ensure SLA alignment and contract rate accuracy.
• Maintain Accountability – escalate and engage partners for issue resolution.
