Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Global Procurement Manager to lead a multinational team responsible for the data center procurement portfolio, including maintenance, services, and environmental health and safety contracts. You will drive scalable category strategies and partner with suppliers to deliver measurable results across regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years building and leading large teams in matrixed structures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Experience thinking strategically about business, software, and new tech platforms.
• Experience negotiating VP‑level contracts with channel partners and agencies.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of procurement managers to develop regional and global category strategies.
• Build and strengthen supplier qualification programs and manage supplier risk.
• Partner with internal automation teams to optimize procurement processes across tools and systems.
• Establish regular business reviews with regions and leadership to align priorities.
• Define and track metrics to evaluate team performance and drive process improvements.
