Amazon's GCID Business Operations team in Bellevue seeks a Vendor Maintenance Program Manager to oversee the invoice-to-payment lifecycle for global backbone, interconnect, and fiber circuits. You will manage supplier relationships, monitor payments, and optimize network costs while driving cross-functional improvements across AP, Finance, and Business Development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience using data to drive improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• 3+ years Telecom Expense Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management - on-boarding new suppliers and setting up in approvals/payable systems.
• Drive On-Time Payments - review/invoice approvals, resolve disputes, monitor expenses.
• Controllership of Networking Spend - review SLAs and ensure contract-rate alignment.
• Maintain Accountability - escalate and engage partners for resolution.
