Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Vendor Maintenance Program Manager to support GCID Business Operations. You will manage supplier relationships, oversee invoice to payment lifecycle for global backbone and fiber circuits, and drive cost efficiency through SLA alignment and process improvements.

The role interfaces with AP, Finance, and Business Development to track network costs YoY. You’ll work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate payments, proactive issue resolution, and accountable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management – on-boarding new suppliers and maintaining invoicing/payment procedures.
• Drive On-Time Payments – review/approve invoices, avoid late fees, resolve disputes and credits.
• Controllership of Networking Spend – review SLAs, align vendors to rates, recover SLA credits.
