Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VMO Manager to establish and run the vendor management office within Technology, optimizing MSP outcomes and ensuring contract compliance. You will lead governance, KPI alignment, and risk mitigation across engagements.

The role emphasizes value realization, dashboards, and collaboration with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required or equivalent.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience leading vendor management and MSP governance across technology.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR/CCPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and runs the vendor management office within Technology to optimize MSP outcomes.
• Drives governance, performance management, program health, and KPI alignment across MSP engagements.
• Ensures service excellence, contractual compliance, value realization, and risk mitigation.
• Manages relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, Finance/Procurement, and Legal.
• Develops dashboards and analytics to inform decisions and improve service delivery.
