Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Program Manager, Vendor Management Operations to join our Workforce Management team in Tempe, AZ. This role blends vendor governance with operational improvements, reporting to the Associate Director, Workforce Management, and requires a hybrid schedule with 3 in-office days weekly.

The base pay range is $100,602–$132,040 per year, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BPO program and/or project management experience, creating dashboards and playbooks.
• 4+ years experience in change management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify optimization opportunities to support program objectives.
• Support implementations end to end to ensure success.
• Lead certain components of the program.
• Partner with other departments and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
• Support tracking and monitoring of controls and program risks.
• Develop meeting materials and follow-up on action items across projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
