Laurelton Jewelry seeks an Inventory Controller - External Vendors to oversee all virtual vendor inventory balances and transaction activity across systems and external vendor locations, focusing on loose stones.

You will own end-to-end reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and drive improvements in controls with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Planning and Operations to ensure SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in inventory control, audit, finance, or supply chain ops with ownership of reconciliations.
• Strong reconciliation and discrepancy resolution experience; familiarity with SOX/CODC.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (JDE or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Maintain end-to-end visibility of inventory positions across virtual vendor locations.
• Oversee reconciliation of internal vs vendor-reported inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Planning and Ops to improve controls and transaction integrity.
