Job summary

Inside Lvmh is seeking an Inventory Controller - External Vendors to oversee all virtual vendor inventory balances and transaction activity across systems and external vendor manufacturing locations, focusing on loose stone inventory for production. You will own end-to-end reconciliation, validation, and alignment with financial reporting and audit requirements.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, monitor safety stock, and ensure control standards are met while partnering with Diamond

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in inventory control, audit, or finance with reconciliation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; cross-system processes.
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE).
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, IT, Planning.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end visibility and control of inventory positions across vendor locations.
• Track and validate movement, ensuring traceability and integrity.
• Oversee vendor branch inventory and ad hoc counts.
• Manage vendor loss requests and adjustments per control standards.
• Escalate risks and ensure SOX and internal control compliance.
