Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: monitor levels, open-to-buy, and aged stock; keep fast sellers in stock.
• Shipping and Receiving: record inventory in Luxe, QC goods, reconcile with invoices and vendors.
• Custom & Special Orders: approve and place orders, create POs, track delivery dates.
• Pricing: ensure accurate markups on orders and vendor receipts; apply markdowns as needed.
• Operations: perform annual physical inventory; organize files; support opening/closing and meetings.
