Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand complex transaction flows across systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE)
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Operations, Finance, IT, Planning, and Product teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end visibility and control of inventory positions across all virtual vendor locations.
• Track and validate inventory movement and ensure full traceability of transfers.
• Oversee vendor branch inventory and perform ad hoc counts and validation activities.
• Manage vendor loss requests and execute inventory adjustments per control standards.
• Coordinate with Diamond & Gem Supply Planning to monitor safety stock and replenishment actions.
• Identify risks impacting inventory accuracy and ensure SOX/compliance alignment.
