Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, product ownership, operations, or related leadership programs.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, or healthcare programs.
• Experience defining strategy for complex business processes, integrations, or service models.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
• Experience working across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for field-facing materials.
• Ability to manage nuanced operational scenarios and drive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own Third Party Vendor Integration Strategy across the portfolio.
• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations.
• Identify rules, requirements, and operational considerations for vendor models.
• Determine setup strategy for new integrations with cross-functional dependencies.
• Translate business needs into clear integration recommendations and directions.
• Manage integration portfolio and maintain vendor inventory.
• Ensure portfolio visibility remains current as vendors evolve.
• Lead new vendor intake and coordinate cross-functional evaluation.
• Craft field communications on vendor integrations and processes.
• Provide guidance on integration models and plan sponsor nuances.
• Support production questions and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Drive follow-through on issues requiring department coordination.
