Job summary

Applied Systems in the United States is seeking a Vendor Integration Program Manager to join the Business Operations team. You’ll own onboarding and renewal for certified vendors and coordinate end-to-end integration workflows with vendor and customer teams.

In this fast-growing program, you’ll support vendor billing, build performance scorecards, and serve as the day-to-day contact for vendors’ business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, vendor management, billing or related function.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-step projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana or Smartsheet to track milestones.
• Strong Excel and reporting tools skills; ability to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and renewal process for certified vendors, ensuring a smooth experience for vendors and customers.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration workflows for third-party vendors and track milestones.
• Support vendor billing and fee reconciliation with Finance and BizOps.
• Build and maintain vendor performance scorecards and reports on program health.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for vendors’ business and technical teams.
• Identify process improvements across BD, BizOps, CX and Product/Engineering.
