Job summary

KPI Solutions, a national supply chain consulting and warehouse automation integrator, seeks a Senior Product Manager – Vendor Relations. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for vendor ecosystems, define API contracts, and align commercial terms with integration feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on vendor/partner or supplier relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience in the material handling, warehouse automation, robotics, or broader supply chain/logistics industry.
• Proven track record negotiating vendor contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for material handling and automation solution lines.
• Translate vendor capabilities into product requirements, specs, and release plans.
• Lead market and competitive analyses to inform build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, IT, and Legal to support proposals and deployments.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth vendor integrations and launches.
