Job summary

KPI Solutions is a national supply chain consulting and warehouse automation systems integrator seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead vendor relations and multi-vendor integration strategies. You will bridge engineering, IT, sales, and partners to ensure reliable vendor performance and seamless system interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of product management, with ≥3 years in vendor/partner management.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse automation, robotics, or logistics industry.
• Proven track record in vendor negotiations, SLAs, and commercial terms.
• Knowledge of WMS/WES/WCS, PLC/controls, and software integration via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product-side contact for OEM and technology vendors throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Lead vendor evaluation, onboarding, and tiering; negotiate terms, SLAs, and roadmap commitments.
• Own the vendor scorecard process and drive corrective actions with underperforming partners.
• Build executive relationships with key suppliers to secure preferential pricing and priority access.
• Coordinate joint go-to-market activities and technology roadmap alignment with strategic vendors.
• Oversee vendor contract renewals, escalations, and dispute resolution with Legal and Finance.
• Define integration requirements, API contracts, and data exchange standards for multi-vendor ecosystems.
