Job summary

Managed.com, a remote-first global team, seeks a Program Manager, Vendor Operations to own the monthly vendor catalog publication cycle and automate how vendor updates are processed for partners via the platform.

You will coordinate data analysis, API integrations, and technical program management to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery of catalog updates across partner platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program, product or engineering roles within B2B SaaS, cloud or distribution
• Hands-on experience owning a recurring, deadline-bound catalog, price-list or production data pipeline
• Ability to analyze data at scale and compare catalog outputs between cycles to identify meaningful changes
• Reading vendor API documentation and release notes to assess operational impact

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly vendor catalog publication cycle end to end
• Validate catalog and price-list output and coordinate corrective action
• Prototype and automate recurring vendor operations with different engineering teams
• Build and maintain the vendor obligation calendar for API deprecations and republications
• Track vendor release notes and translate them into commitments and plans
• Lead vendor release and enforcement programs with test and go/no-go plans
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape platform requirements
• Maintain partner-facing release notes and escalation paths
• Make routine publication decisions and escalate changes affecting commitments
• Support other tasks or projects as assigned
