Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland Ltd in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Vendor Management Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding of vendors within the Global Procurement organization. This hybrid role (four days in-office) focuses on compliance and regulatory standards, and integrates vendor data into Oracle, Zip and Coupa.

The role supports ongoing vendor management across the Americas and provides exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in vendor onboarding, compliance, or procurement/supply chain management.
• Knowledge of U.S. tax identification requirements and related vendor processing regulations.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial controls.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Coupa, Zip, or comparable procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate vendor onboarding with documentation, screenings, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate Americas vendor data, including banking verification.
• Conduct background checks, risk assessments, and risk management participation.
• Integrate vendor data into Oracle, Zip, and Coupa; provide training.
• Ensure documents are complete and compliant with policies.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and stakeholders; resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with AP and Finance to support data availability and issue resolution.
• Prepare reports on onboarding status, compliance metrics, and spend analysis.
• Provide market insights and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
• Manage high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
