Job summary

Padgett Law Group is seeking a Compliance Specialist to oversee onboarding, oversight, and offboarding of our operational and enterprise vendors, acting as liaison between departments and vendors.

You will manage vendor systems, address systemic issues, and support the Compliance Manager. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and detail orientation in a fast‑paced environment across our creditor’s rights practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; additional education recommended.
• Experience in mortgage default industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research potential new vendors when a need arises for a new vendor.
• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and contractual renewals of all vendors.
• Conduct due diligence reviews upon onboarding of new critical vendors and annually thereafter.
• Manage the performance of the Firm’s operational vendors and escalate issues as needed.
• Audit and oversee the usage of operational vendors to confirm compliance.
• Manage employee access to vendor systems and provide training as necessary.
• Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites and lists.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
