Kapitus, Inc. is seeking a Vendor Governance & Controls Analyst to ensure disciplined vendor management across the enterprise. You will coach VRMs, facilitate training, and drive scorecard accountability, bridging policy with day-to-day practice.

The role requires governance expertise, executive influencing, and a commitment to behavioral accountability within third-party oversight. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development, or related field is required.
• Experience in governance, controls, or third-party governance roles is essential.
• Ability to coach and enable business units to meet governance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coach Vendor Relationship Managers (VRMs) through governance requirements and scoring.
• Design and facilitate Vendor Lifecycle Training programs for VRMs and leaders.
• Own scorecard execution and drive accountability for vendor performance.
• Travel with VRMs up to 10% to conduct onsite assessments.
• Lead vendor accountability initiatives and escalation management.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and Risk to operationalize controls.
