Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Management, or Strategic Sourcing.
• Proven experience designing and implementing global vendor governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and expand the global IT vendor governance program to maximize vendor performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear accountabilities and development priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks and policies for vendor selection and performance management.
• Define supplier segmentation models with governance requirements and performance expectations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on vendor strategy and supplier performance to IT leadership.
• Provide financial governance across the technology supplier portfolio in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management strategy.
