Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
• At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite
• 1+ years of experience in Corporate Procurement or Supply Chain Ops
• 1+ years of experience with Enterprise Financial and Procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, PeopleSoft)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of building positive vendor relationships
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a diverse, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Supplier Onboarding & Maintenance: Review, validate, and process requests to add or modify supplier information in the vendor master database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Compliance & Research: Perform required compliance vetting (e.g., tax, sanction, and risk checks) and conduct payables or vendor-related research.
• Supplier Enablement: Provide high-touch support to enable suppliers on procurement platforms, specifically Coupa.
• Process Innovation: Act as a change agent by challenging the status quo, disrupting inefficient processes, and leading process improvement initiatives within the ESM Ops value stream.
• Problem Solving: Identify innovative solutions to resolve complex system and operational challenges across multiple platforms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional leadership to inform and influence positive outcomes.
