Job summary

Capital One National Association seeks an Associate, Supply Chain to manage supplier onboarding, master data maintenance, and enablement within the ESM Operations team. You will review supplier requests, perform compliance checks, and drive process improvements across procurement platforms.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in corporate procurement or supply chain ops, with hands-on experience in Coupa or PeopleSoft and strong vendor relationship skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
• At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite.
• 1+ years of experience in Corporate Procurement or Supply Chain Ops.
• 1+ years of experience with Enterprise Financial and Procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, PeopleSoft).

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process requests to add or modify supplier information in the vendor master database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform required compliance vetting (e.g., tax, sanction, and risk checks) and conduct payables or vendor-related research.
• Provide high‑touch support to enable suppliers on procurement platforms, specifically Coupa.
• Act as a change agent by challenging the status quo, disrupting inefficient processes, and leading process improvement initiatives within the ESM Ops value stream.
• Identify innovative solutions to resolve complex system and operational challenges across multiple platforms.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and cross‑functional leadership to inform and influence positive outcomes.
