J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Minimum 3 years drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skills.
Familiarity with generative AI contracting concepts.
Ability to manage a high volume of matters with deadlines.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary lawyer for vendor and supplier contracts across all business functions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
Lead contracting for technology and AI-related engagements.
Coordinate with attorneys specializing in privacy and data security.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify legal risks.
Support and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise the General Counsel.
Work closely with contract administrator to manage contract portfolio.
