Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Vendor Management Counsel in Seattle, WA to join a dynamic internal legal team and manage vendor relationships. The role offers hybrid or fully remote work arrangements and exposure to technology and AI-related contracts.

You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, collaborate with privacy and data security specialists, and help align terms with internal policies and templates.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum 3 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including technology agreements.
• Familiarity with generative AI contracting concepts and data privacy frameworks.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary lawyer for vendor and supplier contracts across all business functions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology and AI-related contracts.
• Coordinate with attorneys specializing in privacy, data security, and technology transactions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify legal risks and align contract terms with internal policies.
• Support and maintain standard contract templates and clause guidance.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise on implications for contracts and vendor relationships.
• Work closely with contract administrator to manage the firm's contract portfolio.
