  • Ability to manage a high volume of matters with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary lawyer for vendor and supplier contracts across all business functions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology and AI-related contracts.
  • Lead contracting for technology engagements, advising on data rights, confidentiality, and liability allocation.
