The successful candidate will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, lead technology and AI-related engagements, coordinate with privacy and data security specialists, and help maintain templates and playbooks while tracking evolving
Qualifications
- J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skills.
- Familiarity with generative AI contracting concepts.
- Ability to manage a high volume of matters with competing deadlines.
