You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, lead technology and AI contracting, and coordinate with privacy and data security specialists. Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skills are essential to identify risks and maintain templates.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skills.
• Familiarity with generative AI contracting concepts.
• Ability to manage a high volume of matters with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary lawyer for vendor and supplier contracts across all business functions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Lead contracting for technology and AI-related engagements.
• Coordinate with attorneys specializing in privacy, data security, and technology transactions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify legal risks and align contract terms.
• Support and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise on implications.
• Work closely with contract administrator to manage contract portfolio.
