Job summary

The Fortress Investment Group is seeking an Analyst to support Market Data and Application Development software globally. You will process service requests, maintain contract records, and oversee invoice accuracy across the firm.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of relevant experience, a BS in accounting or finance, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• BS Degree (or equivalent) in accounting/finance.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong service orientation and integrity.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse groups.
• Strong business analytics skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of FITs and ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day management of contracted services by processing requests to add/cancel/re‑assign.
• Update the contract database FITs to maintain accurate records.
• Manage renewal process including notices, audits, and favorable terms.
• Process, reconcile and validate invoices daily.
• Manage all aspects of market data and application development contract and invoice lifecycles.
• Participate in department projects and fulfill ad hoc requests.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
