Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Contract Manager for a 6-month contract in the Boston, MA or New York, NY area with a hybrid work model (2-3 days onsite). The role requires 5-7 years in contract management within investment, asset management, or financial services, focusing on MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, and data privacy considerations.

Summary

Seeking a Contract Manager with 5-7 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial contracting within the investment, asset management, fund administration, or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments, data privacy, and security agreements.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Risk, and business stakeholders.
• Resolve contract disputes, invoicing issues, and performance concerns.
• Track contract milestones, renewals, licensing usage, and spend commitments.

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years of commercial contract management experience.

Preferred Experience

• Market data and investment platforms such as Bloomberg, MSCI, AlphaSense, PitchBook, Morningstar, eFront, S&P Global, Dow Jones, and Wall Street Office.
• Asset management, fund administration, market data licensing, and software/vendor contracts.
• Experience with Bain Capital, HarbourVest, Advent International, Ares, or similar investment firms is a plus.
