Job summary

Winsupply Sourcing Services (WSS) seeks a detail‑oriented claims professional to manage and file vendor claims, maintain accurate records, and support inventory and pricing processes across a nationwide network of distributors.

You will collaborate with service specialists and DC staff to obtain necessary documentation, monitor claims, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with vendor policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and file claim backs with vendor partners per their policies for quotes and allowances.
• Maintain list of negotiated vendor claim agreements and ensure filings are complete.
• Drive consistency in format to the standard WSS template and build internal automated reporting.
• Ensure accurate internal recordkeeping and complete collection of open claim backs.
• Review credits and debits to ensure proper application.
• Monitor vendor charges/chargebacks/deductions and invoice denied claims.
• Maintain documentation of vendor filing requirements and debit memos.
• Ensure 1:1 claim filing per debit memo with all necessary support; coordinate with service specialists and DC personnel for info.
• Manage vendor disputes and respond to inquiries about debit memos; ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop operational and system knowledge of WSS processes including the internal ERP system; document improvements.
