Responsibilities

• Learn WSS systems (ERP, OnBase, AP Portal/Gateway) to support invoice reconciliation.
• Match vendor invoices with POs and receivers; verify terms and payments.
• Process invoices for direct-from-manufacturer shipments and maintain vendor data.
• Collaborate with RDC staff to resolve shipping errors, damages, and claim disputes.
