Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a role focused on procurement and contract administration to support module repair/overhaul with International PSPs. The role includes PO creation, invoicing, subcontract management, and cost performance tracking.

You will perform data analytics, prepare leadership reports, and ensure FAR compliance while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. Onsite position with potential for process improvement and reporting automation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 8 years aerospace, management, finance experience or an advanced degree with 5 years aerospace experience.
• Four+ years in aerospace propulsion production or maintenance.
• Four+ years in financial, business, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Purchase Orders for Module repair and overhaul by International PSPs.
• Process and track invoices to meet F135 Depot Induction and Production plan.
• Administer PSP subcontracts and manage Change Orders and PSS contract updates.
• Manage FAR-required fair and reasonable assessment of PSP proposals.
• Track MRO and U financial performance and EAC, identify risks and opportunities.
• Perform data analytics to correlate performance metrics, operations, and requirements.
• Conduct contract year financial reconciliation with PSPs to finalize cost data.
• Manage SDRL tracking, submission, and review processes.
• Prepare presentations/reports for monthly leadership reviews and PMRs.
