Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 0–1 year in accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel; ability to learn ERP/financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned vendor account portfolio and reconcile statements.
• Investigate variances, deductions, and unapplied items; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve credits, rebates, returns, and RMAs.
• Prepare and route AP vouchers for review and approval.
• Monitor vendor receivables to prevent aging.
• Maintain audit-ready account documentation.
• Build relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
