Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Vendor Accounting Analyst I in Clearwater, FL to manage a portfolio of vendor accounts, reconcile balances, and resolve variances. You will work with multiple teams to coordinate credits, rebates, returns, and deductions, while building strong partner relationships.

The role emphasizes investigation, critical thinking, and professional communication, with a structured training program and hybrid work structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of relevant accounting/AP/AR experience welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator who collaborates across teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with Excel; learning new financial systems; ERP experience a plus.
• Must be within commuting distance to Clearwater, FL and hybrid schedule (3 onsite, 2 remote).

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned vendor account portfolio; reconcile statements and ensure agreement on what’s owed.
• Investigate and resolve variances, deductions, and unapplied items; escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution for credits, rebates, returns, and RMAs.
• Prepare and route AP vouchers for review and approval.
• Monitor vendor receivables to prevent aging that could affect results.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready account documentation and suggest process improvements.
• Build relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders through clear communication.
