TD SYNNEX North America in Herndon, VA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist I to manage vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and support month-end close. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with onsite three days per week and remote option based on business needs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience with accounting systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with accounting or invoice-processing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices and payment requests accurately.
• Match purchase orders, enter invoice data, and ensure accurate payments.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal teams.
• Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
• Handle accounts payable correspondence and maintain organized records.
• Perform other duties to support AP operations.
