Responsibilities

• Design and develop new and updated technical curriculum for various training modalities (ILT, VILT, self-study, web-based).
• Create instructor guides, technician references, presentations, outlines, and storyboards aligned to objectives.
• Develop post-course assessments and ensure alignment with course content and learning goals.
• Build SCORM-compliant web training using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 with interactive elements.
• Produce technical graphics, video, and audio assets to match OEM standards.
• Translate and adapt self-study programs for U.S. market and manage end-to-end development from discovery to release.
