Job summary

MSX International is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft and optimize learning content for automotive retail environments. You will partner with PMs, SMEs, and clients to translate objectives into engaging eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and job aids while ensuring accessibility and brand alignment.

The role focuses on analysis, design, development, and evaluation across curricula, with emphasis on storyboarding, modular design, and measurable performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Design and develop learning content across multiple modalities aligned with objectives.
• Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) to ensure logical progression from analysis to evaluation.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate subject matter into instructionally sound materials.
• Ensure content meets accessibility standards and is suitable for diverse learner populations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive learning content across multiple modalities—eLearning, vILT, workbooks, job aids, and blended curricula.
• Create detailed storyboards translating objectives into structured narratives with media requirements.
• Apply ADDIE/SAM/backward design to ensure logical progression and measurable outcomes.
• Write clear instructional copy tailored to the audience and brand standards.
• Design learner interactions and assessments to promote active learning and transfer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into learning design documents.
