Responsibilities

• Match vehicle titles with corresponding bills of sale.
• Sort and organize titles alphabetically by dealer name.
• Maintain accurate filing and document management processes.
• Learn and utilize internal systems to receive titles into the database.
• Stamp and assign titles according to established procedures.
• Prepare and ship completed title packages.
• Process large volumes of title documentation while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in ensuring all title paperwork meets company and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
