Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Process, prepare, and distribute vehicle sales documentation, including title packets and related closing documents.
• Ensure DMV, municipal, and California sales documentation is accurate and timely.
• Maintain titles and MSOs for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist customers with title-related inquiries and explain the title transfer process.
• File monthly Notices of Sale for designated locations within deadlines.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records and track unit/inventory status.
