Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Process, prepare, and distribute vehicle sales documentation including title packets and closing documents in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of DMV, municipal, and California sales documentation.
• Maintain titles and MSOs for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist customers with title-related inquiries and explain the title transfer process.
• File monthly Notices of Sale for designated locations within deadlines.
• Maintain organized electronic/physical records.
• Update and track unit and inventory status.
• Process applicable rebates per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Support the sales closing process by ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant before finalization.
