Job summary

Victory Automotive Group seeks a DMV Title Registration Clerk to handle vehicle documentation, tax and title data, registrations and related transfers. You will support inventory control, reporting, and dealer communications in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates may have post-secondary coursework or a year of related experience; CVR and Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus. Strong organizational, administrative and computer skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CVR Certification.
• Dealership experience and Reynolds and Reynolds DMS experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
• Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
• Manages contractual documentation with financial institutions
• Provides timely and accurate reports and reconciles schedules weekly
• Builds relationships and communicates effectively with dealership personnel
• Process title work with CVR or DMV in a timely manner
• Observes all applicable policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
• Processes dealer trade worksheets for transferring units to related parties/other dealers
• Provides administrative assistance as needed
