Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Title Registration Clerk to process vehicle documentation, taxes, titles, and registrations. The role supports inventory control, record keeping, and dealer trades, requiring attention to detail and strong communication.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CVR certification, and experience in dealership environments; Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• CVR certified.
• Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages vehicle documentation like taxes and titles, registrations, and related records.
• Maintains accurate vehicle inventory records and supports reporting.
• Handles contractual documentation with financial institutions.
• Provides timely reports and reconciles schedules; supports dealership communications.
• Processes title work with CVR or DMV promptly and accurately.
• Complies with company policies and safety rules in daily duties.
• Handles dealer trade worksheets for transfers between parties/dealerships.
• Provides general administrative support as needed.
