Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a DMV Title Registration Clerk to manage vehicle documentation, titles, registrations, and related paperwork. The role supports inventory control, reporting, and dealer trades while coordinating with financial institutions and internal teams.

A fast-paced environment requires organization, reliability, and professional communication. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and CVR certification, with dealership and Reynolds & Reynolds experience

Qualifications

CVR Certification is preferred and dealership background is a plus.
Dealership experience and Reynolds & Reynolds familiarity are preferred.
Excellent telephone and communication skills; strong organization and time management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

Manages vehicle documentation including tax and title information and registrations.
Assists with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records.
Handles contractual documentation with financial institutions.
Provides timely and accurate reports and reconciling schedules weekly.
