Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Title Registration Clerk to handle vehicle documentation, taxes, titles, and registrations. The role supports inventory control, reporting, and deal fair paperwork, requiring at least a year in a similar role and CVR certification.

Dealership experience and Reynolds & Reynolds DMS familiarity are a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CVR Certification is required.
• Dealership experience and Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages vehicle documentation including tax and title information and registrations.
• Helps with inventory control and maintains records.
• Manages contractual documentation with financial institutions.
• Provides timely reports and reconciles schedules weekly.
• Handles title work with CVR or DMV in a timely manner.
• Assists with dealer trade worksheets and general admin tasks.
