Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Hanover, MA is seeking a Title Registration Clerk to manage vehicle documentation, taxes, titles, registrations, and license plates for vehicle sales and ownership transfers. You will also assist with inventory records and reporting in a fast-paced dealer environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, CVR certification, and experience with dealership documentation; Reynolds & Reynolds DMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Reynolds and Reynolds DMS experience a plus.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment handling multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, administrative, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages vehicle documentation, including taxes, titles, registrations, etc.
• Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
• Manages contractual documentation with financial institutions
• Provides timely and accurate reports and reconciles schedules weekly
• Builds relationships and communications with dealership personnel
• Processes title work with CVR or DMV in a timely manner
• Observes all policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
• Processes dealer trade worksheets for transfers
• Provides administrative assistance as needed
